Half a day
The cathedral and Giralda, then Santa Cruz. Skip the Alcázar rather than rush it.
One day
Alcázar in the first slot, cathedral and Giralda after, Santa Cruz in the shaded middle of the day, Las Setas at sunset.
Two days
Add Plaza de España and the park early, Triana in the evening, and the Archivo de Indias, which is free and takes half an hour.
Three or four
Itálica as a morning trip, the Bellas Artes, Casa de Pilatos and Las Dueñas. ⚠️ Most Spanish museums close on Mondays.
